• We will only perform those services that need to be performed.
• We will tell you what needs to be done to put your vehicle back into safe and properly functioning mode.
• We will not sell products or undertake repairs that are not required.
• We will provide a free estimate before any work is done.
• If after you’ve authorized us to work on your vehicle we find that some other work needs to be done, we will call for your approval first.
• We will do everything possible to ensure reasonable pricing.
• We do not mislead customers or prospects with false claims.
